Terms and Conditions
The Aero Racing shop is the official supplier of Morgan Motor Company, Morgan 3 Wheeler and Aero Racing merchandise.
- 1. Order
1.1 You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any order you submit and for giving us any necessary information relating to the Goods in sufficient time to enable us to perform our obligations in accordance with these terms.
1.2 No order shall be deemed to be accepted by us unless and until it is confirmed by email or in writing by us as having been despatched from our warehouse and payment has been made. We reserve the right to reject any order.
1.3 Any advice or recommendation given on this website or otherwise given to you by us, or any of our employees or agents, is followed or acted upon entirely at your own risk and, accordingly, we shall not be liable for such advice or recommendation.
- 2. Product availability and descriptions
2.1 We take care to ensure that all colours are correct at the time of their publication. However, the representation of colours on your browser may vary from the actual colours.
2.2 All Goods are subject to availability and continuous development. Their specification can change and may differ from those outlined on this website or in any publication. We reserve the right to remove or discontinue any item at any time.
2.3 The Morgan Wings Logo, the Morgan 3 Wheeler wings logo and the Aero Racing Logo are all registered trademarks of the Morgan Technologies Ltd. and must not be reproduced without prior written permission from Morgan Technologies Ltd.
- 3. Errors
Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission on any page of this website or in any sales literature, quotation, price list issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.
- 4. Price
4.1 The price of the Goods will be the price set out on the relevant page of this website. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time however, if we accept an order from you, the price for the Goods will be the price set out on the relevant page at the time the order for them is placed.
4.2 Prices for Goods on this website are shown in £ sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of UK VAT, however you will be liable for any import duties and local sales taxes that may be levied in the country of delivery. VAT at the prevailing UK rate will be added to orders that are to be delivered in the EU.
4.3 Transactions authorised on this site will appear on your credit card statement as ”Morgan Motor Company”. Transactions will be effected in £ sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, converted to your home currency at the rate prevailing on the date of the transaction by your payment card provider.
- 5. Payment method
5.1 Card payments are handled via secure connection to PayPoint. For terms and conditions, please refer to Paypoint.
5.2 Upon providing us with details of your chosen payment card and submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment card to pay for Goods on the order and authorise us to deduct from the payment card the full price of the Goods and all other payments due such as delivery charges.
5.3 Where Goods are returned to us in accordance with these terms, we will credit the payment card with the appropriate amount in £ sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, converted to your home currency at the rate prevailing on the date of the transaction by your payment card provider. The Morgan shop accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of your original order and your refund.
- 6. Delivery
6.1 The Goods will be delivered to the address shown for delivery on your order form. Items ordered together might not be despatched together due to constraints of packing or availability.
6.2 Whilst we will try to despatch your order within the timescales stated on your delivery option, you should allow up to 28 days for delivery. Made to order Goods will be despatched when they are available to us. If you have any queries, you should contact our customer services team on +44 (0)1684 573104 or e-mail email@example.com.
6.3 Whilst every effort is made to deliver the Goods in accordance with the time-scales set out, we do not accept any liability for late delivery of the Goods.
6.4 We cannot be held responsible for failures on behalf of the couriers or Royal Mail. We will always do our best to ensure your parcels are delivered to you on time.
6.5 All parcels are sent by recorded/traceable post.
6.6 If an item is marked "Collect From Factory", prior contact must be made with +44 (0)1684 573104 or firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a suitable collection time. Two working days must be allowed. No courier collections will be authorised.
6.7 If the item is to be delivered outside the EU, there is no VAT to pay. If you collect the items from the factory, VAT must be paid, but a refund can be applied for at the point of departure from the EU. Please request a VAT refund form when goods are collected
- 7. Delivery charges
7.1 The online shop will provide a quote for delivery costs at time of order. In extreme circumstances, we reserve the right to edit postage costs before shipment.
- 8. Cancellation and returns
8.1 If you are not satisfied with your order, or the items are the wrong size, please return the item(s) back to us - we can organise a change of size or a refund provided the goods are returned to us within 7 days of receipt in the original packaging and in pristine condition. Please ensure you enclose a covering letter stating your name, contact telephone number, address and exchange details together with a copy of the original delivery note.

8.3 Once we have received the Goods, we will credit the payment card used for payment of your original order with the value of the goods in £ sterling (GBP) or, if you prefer, replace the Goods with alternative goods. Any refunds for delivery charges and costs incurred will be made on an order by order basis and entirely at our own discretion.
8.4 You are not entitled to cancel orders for Goods that have been made-to-order, or which are damaged after delivery (except where the goods are faulty). We will not be responsible for returned Goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
8.5 YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THESE TERMS.
