To order, please complete the order form below. After submiting the form you may either print the form, sign it and send it to your nearest dealer along with your deposit, or pay your deposit online. The non-refundable build reservation deposit is currently £1000 for all models except the Aero 8 which is £5000.

Our waiting list is currently in the region of 12 months. No doubt you will have many questions in terms of model, specifications, delivery etc., and your dealer will be pleased to discuss these queries with you. They will also help you complete the New Car Order Confirmation Form which you will receive shortly after placing your order.

The price paid will be taken from the price list current at the time of delivery, not order.

This includes for the purposes of administering our web site services, placing orders, competitions/prize draws and for fraud prevention.   1. The final specification does not have to be given at the time of ordering, however a down-payment is required shortly before build is due to commence. The final specification must be made at this point.
  2. Due to the length of our waiting list and our constant programme of improvement to our range, we do not guarantee that any particular model, variant or trim or other option will be available when build is due to commence. We reserve the right to change specifications, availability and price without notice, but will always endeavour to accommodate your requirements.
  3. We will not be liable to you in respect of failure to supply or delay in supplying your Morgan which is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the unlikely event that we are obliged by such circumstances to cancel the order, we would of course return the deposit.
  4. Due to the length of our waiting list, it is very difficult to accurately predict the delivery time of your vehicle. However we will always try to provide you with as much information as possible.
  5. The final price will be that which is published in our price list at the time of delivery - not the time of order. The price to pay will be reduced by any non-refundable deposits/down-payments already paid by you and held by us, and increased by licence fees, and any other necessary disbursements.
  6. We will advise you well in advance of production commencing, with total build time usually around 4 weeks.
  7. You cannot transfer this order though extraordinary cases will be considered on their individual merits.
  8. Please let us know if you move or change your telephone number
  9. After having received our letter requesting down-payment (currently £2000) and final specification, if we do not hear from you within one month, we will consider your order cancelled.
  10. All outstanding payments are due before collection of the car from the factory. We will give you at least two weeks prior notification.
  11. When you are dealing as a consumer these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
  12. English Law will apply to this contract and any dispute will be determined by the English Courts.
