You will receive an email once you have ordered your ticket confirming your purchase. This email will have an attachment, please print that attachment and bring it with you, this is your ticket!

Sure, no problem. Just let us know when you’re booking your tickets of any special dietary requirements and we’ll pass them on to the kitchen.
We will be running a shuttle bus service both in the evening and the next morning to assist Gala Dinner attendees getting to and from their hotels. This shuttle bus will apply to anyone who has booked through the MSCC Travel Club.
Yes, you can book anything from an individual seat or a whole table using the online booking system.
The concert will begin at 5.30pm on Sunday.
The concert will be held on the main stage in the main arena.
As there is a wide range of activities taking place in the arena over the weekend, there will be limited seating available. We recommend bringing a picnic blanket or fold away chairs with you if you do not want to stand.

Parking on site is free for all visitors, don’t forget if you’re in your Morgan you’ll be parked in special parking.
Unfortunately, due to live action and loud noises throughout the weekend, dogs are not permitted on site.
Absolutely, there will be a huge amount of activities for children of all ages across the weekend. Under 16s go half price.

There will be a range of locally sourced, on-site catering available throughout the weekend. Alternatively, visitors are permitted to bring their own food. There will also be a number of bars on-site.

The Morgan factory will not be open over the weekend; however, visitors are welcome to join us on the Friday before the event. We will have an “open-house” style day on the Friday with discounts in the shop and the kettle on for tea and coffee. The factory will re-open again on the Tuesday 29th August.
Yes, a number of Morgan dealers will be present throughout the weekend selling both new and used cars. We also hope to hold the first ever Morgan auction with H&H, if you are interested in buying a car at the auction please keep up to date by joining our mailing list.
